Akira Kitagawa who is probably one of the two most evasive of them,
that we were able to briefly contact in August of 2004.
On August 3, 2004 we telephoned Mr. Akira Kitagawa (owner of K.K. Dai-san-sho-kan Publishing Company) and spoke with him. We asked Mr. Akira Kitagawa. for his fax number which he gave us, so that we could fax him and he could send us his e-mail address. Then we could be sure we would be able to effectively commence work on a good solution. He gave us his fax number and we sent him the fax that we had mentioned on the telephone. We sent him another fax on the fifth of August which made our position clear. Mr. Akira Kitagawa never
